I’m officially down to 313 pounds!  That’s just over 20 lbs lost so far!  I’ve been going to the gym 3-4 days per week.  I usually hit the treadmill for about 40 minutes, but sometimes I do less and add weight training in for variety.

    For the record, when I first saw you and Becka together, I knew you would have a long, lasting, loving marriage. You two just mesh so perfectly. God blessed me with a son who is more than I could ever have wished for and a daughter-in-law who I adore (not to mention the most awesome grandchildren you have made together).
