Levi's hair is too dark to simply apply a blue color, rather, the hair needs to be porous to absorb the color. Let's review the laws of colour. if you don't bleach the hair high enough, and it is medium yellow, it will turn green, as blue and yellow make green. Have a professional stylist lighten the hair with 20 volume on the scalp developer. Any irritation during the lightening and the lightener should be removed immediately.
